About the Role :

We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer with expertise in React.js to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building dynamic, responsive, and high-performance web applications that provide seamless user experiences. This role involves collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into scalable frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) practices.

- Build reusable, modular components and maintain a consistent codebase.

- Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs and services.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize application performance.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement interactive and visually appealing designs.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of APIs.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Implement unit and integration tests for frontend components.

- Conduct code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.

- Continuously optimize application performance, accessibility, and SEO.

- Stay updated with the latest React.js features, frontend frameworks, and best practices.

- Recommend and implement enhancements to improve application performance and user experience.

- Explore new tools, libraries, and frameworks to enhance development workflows.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 6-8 years of professional experience in frontend development with React.js.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating frontend with backend services.

- Familiarity with frontend build tools, package managers, and bundlers (Webpack, npm/yarn).

- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

- Experience with version control tools (Git)
