Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in R and Python to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights that support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Develop, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models using R and Python

- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering

- Build predictive, classification, and optimization models

- Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data-driven solutions

- Conduct A/B testing and experimental design

- Document models, methodologies, and analytical processes

- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in R and Python for data analysis and modeling

- Experience with libraries such as :

1. Pandas

2. NumPy

3. Scikit-learn

4. TensorFlow / PyTorch (optional)

R :

i. tidyverse

ii. caret

iii. ggplot2

iv. Shiny (optional)

- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra

- Experience with machine learning techniques (regression, classification, clustering)

- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases

- Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, ggplot2, Tableau, Power BI)

- Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes
