Role Summary :

We are looking for a Data Scientist skilled in R and Python to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights to drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong statistical knowledge, experience with machine learning, and the ability to communicate results effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

- Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms using R and Python.

- Perform predictive analytics, classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation system modeling.

- Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.

- Apply advanced statistical techniques such as hypothesis testing, experimental design, and causal inference.

- Develop automated pipelines for data preprocessing, modeling, and reporting.

- Monitor and improve model performance over time.

- Document methodologies, assumptions, and results to ensure reproducibility and transparency.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Analytics professional.

- Strong programming skills in Python and R, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, tidyverse, caret, ggplot2.

- Experience with machine learning algorithms : regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems.

- Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and data modeling.

- Experience with SQL and working with relational and non-relational databases.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn
