We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and a passion for solving complex business problems through data.

As a Data Scientist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to build models, develop data pipelines, and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, or recommendation.

- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate model performance.

- Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations.

- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.

- Maintain and improve existing data models and analytical tools.

- Stay updated with the latest data science techniques, tools, and industry trends.

Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

- Strong experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI).

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning).

- Experience with SQL and working knowledge of databases.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business problems into data solutions
