Role Overview :

We are looking for an Accessibility Developer (A11Y) (3-5 years) with strong programming skills and a passion for building inclusive digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will ensure our applications comply with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA, Section 508) and deliver seamless usability for all users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain accessible applications using C# or Java.

- Implement accessibility features in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 and accessibility best practices.

- Develop accessible PDF solutions using Adobe Acrobat SDK and iText/iTextSharp libraries.

- Collaborate with designers, QA, and product teams to embed accessibility into the development lifecycle.

- Conduct accessibility audits and remediate issues identified by testing tools and screen readers.

Required Skills :

- Looking for candidate with 3-5 Years of experience.

- Strong proficiency in C# or Java.

- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Deep understanding of WCAG guidelines, ARIA roles, and Section 508 compliance.
