Storage Administrator - NetApp

About the Role :

RoleTwit Services is seeking an experienced NetApp Storage Administrator to join our team in Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in storage infrastructure, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and manage complex storage environments.

This is a critical position requiring immediate availability and a proactive mindset in managing high-availability systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and support NetApp storage systems with a focus on SAN and NAS infrastructure

- Troubleshoot critical storage events and implement effective resolutions promptly

- Configure and manage zoning, LUN provisioning, and fabric connectivity

- Maintain and monitor storage systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime

- Create and maintain documentation for storage processes, configurations, and architecture

- Generate reports and conduct regular audits of the storage environment

- Work closely with system administrators for seamless integration across AIX, Linux, and Windows platforms

- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and storage health assessments

Requirements :

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise-grade NetApp storage systems

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in resolving storage-related incidents

- Proficient in handling SAN & NAS configurations, zoning, and Fibre Channel technologies

- Experience working with operating systems including AIX, Linux, and Windows

- Familiarity with storage monitoring tools and scripting for automation is a plus

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

- Must be based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai relocation assistance is not provided
