StinSoft - Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing

Description :

- Develop and maintain comprehensive automation frameworks for testing chatbot interactions, web UI/UX, RESTful APIs, and native/hybrid mobile applications (iOS and Android).

- Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Postman or Cypress for end-to-end testing.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback loops.

- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and UX designers to identify test scenarios, edge cases, and performance bottlenecks across bot, web, API, and mobile platforms.

- Perform API validation using tools like REST Assured including authentication, data integrity, and load testing.

- Simulate user interactions for mobile apps, ensuring seamless cross-device functionality.

- Analyze test results, debug failures, and report defects using tools like JIRA.

- Optimize test suites for efficiency, maintainability, and coverage, aiming for 80%+ automation coverage.

- Stay updated on emerging testing trends, such as AI-driven test generation or headless browser testing, and propose improvements to testing processes.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for scripting automation.

- Hands-on experience with automation tools :

- Web : Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

- API : Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured.

- Mobile : Appium, Espresso (Android), or XCUITest (iOS).

- Strong understanding of testing methodologies (e.g., BDD with Cucumber, TDD) and concepts like mocking, stubbing, and data-driven testing.

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
