We are looking for a skilled STIBO STEP Developer with strong technical and Product Information Management (PIM) experience to join a growing team.

Experience : 5+ Years

- Stibo STEP (PIM/MDM Platform)

- Java & JavaScript

- SQL, XML, XSD, JSON

- Linux & Web Services

- RESTful APIs

- Oracle / DB2 / Relational Databases

- Jira & Git

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and develop solutions within STIBO STEP

- Build integrations, data models, workflows, and business rules

- Translate business requirements into technical designs

- Debug issues, optimize performance, and ensure scalability

- Support platform upgrades and collaborate with DevOps teams

- Ensure data governance, PII security, and compliance

- Enhance system stability, monitoring, and production readiness

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with STIBO STEP (configuration & development)

- Strong background in retail and cross-functional team collaboration

- Expertise in relational databases and complex SQL queries

- Solid understanding of REST APIs and system integrations

- Experience in building scalable, maintainable enterprise systems

- STIBO STEP Certification & MDM/PIM experience preferred
