About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Stibo MDM Developer with hands-on experience in Stibo Systems STEP (Product Information Management & Master Data Management). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing Stibo STEP solutions to support enterprise data management and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Stibo Systems STEP platform.

- Configure and customize STEP modules to meet business needs.

- Support the implementation and adoption of PIM/MDM solutions.

- Provide L2 user support for existing and new implementations.

- Work with agile development teams, following best practices for delivery.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

- Ensure integration of STEP platform with SAP ERP backend and SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) frontend (desirable).

- Develop and maintain data governance, workflows, validations, and integrations.

- Utilize tools such as Stibo Step Workbench, SaaS Cloud, GIT, DBMS, Postman, Snyk, Jira, and Confluence.

- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Stibo MDM/STEP Developer.

- Strong knowledge of Stibo STEP (PIM/MDM) configuration, customization, and development.

- Hands-on expertise with Stibo Step Workbench and SaaS Cloud.

- Experience working with APIs, DBMS, and version control tools (GIT).

- Proficiency with Postman, Jira, Confluence, Snyk, and related development tools.

- Solid understanding of agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience integrating Stibo STEP with SAP ERP and SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).

- Knowledge of data governance and master data best practices.
