About the Role :

We are seeking a talented Stibo STEP Developer with strong experience in STEP configuration, workflows, business rules, and XML customizations. The candidate will play a key role in designing and maintaining high-quality master data management solutions that ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure Stibo STEP platform to support product, customer, and supplier master data domains.

- Design and implement workflows, business rules, and validations to ensure data governance and quality.

- Develop and customize STEP XML configurations for data models, user interfaces, and integrations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into STEP technical solutions.

- Maintain and optimize data hierarchies, attributes, inheritance, and versioning.

- Integrate STEP with ERP, CRM, and downstream systems through XML, APIs, or middleware.

- Support upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning of STEP environments.

- Create technical documentation covering workflows, configurations, and data models.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM development.

- Strong knowledge of STEP configuration, workflows, business rules, and XML setup.

- Proficiency in STEP XML scripting, Java, SQL, and XSLT.

- Solid understanding of MDM concepts golden record, data stewardship, survivorship, hierarchy management.

- Experience with integrating STEP with ERP/eCommerce systems.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory).

- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

- Knowledge of data governance frameworks.
