Job Scope and Accountabilities :

- Ensure the quality and reliability of software products through both manual and automated testing.

- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and support high-quality software releases.

- Design, implement, and maintain effective test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.

- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution in close cooperation with development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test cases, and test scripts for web applications.

- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Maintain clear and up-to-date test documentation and report test outcomes effectively.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers in agile teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

- Automate repeatable test scenarios.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the evolution of QA best practices.

- Create/Use AI agents to increase effectiveness and speed.

Qualifications and Experience Required :

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of software development life cycles, preferably Agile/Scrum.

- 3-5 years of experience within a similar role performing manual and test automation with Cypress, Playwright or any other TA tools.

- Ability to problem-solve and think out of the box;

- Ability and willingness to learn and obtain new skills

Interpersonal Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership.
