You will collaborate across platforms (GRC, Learning, Compliance) and report directly to the Head of GRC Technology. We expect a leader who drives fast execution, predictable delivery and results focused culture.

This requires a proactive mindset and a willingness to bring modern AI enabled techniques to everyday engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Hands-on contribution is mandatory.

- You will actively develop features, review code, improve architecture, support testing, and solve technical challenges.

- Own the integration of AI in the development process.

- Introduce and scale tools such as AI assisted coding, automated documentation, AI driven testing, code quality insights, and workflow optimization.

- Create a high velocity engineering culture.

- Use AI, automation, and modern tooling to make developers faster and more effective.

- Strong ownership and execution discipline.

- Ensure commitments are met on time with high quality and clear engineering rigor.

- Maintains a professional, respectful, and distraction free team environment, with no tolerance for unproductive conflict or behaviors that impact delivery.

- Mentor engineers in technical excellence

Qualifications and Experience Required :

- 12+ years leading product engineering or R&D teams in a software product company.

- Proven success building and scaling high performance engineering organizations.

- Experience in software design and development of SaaS platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to adopt and deploy AI tools in engineering workflows (preferred but not mandatory with willingness to learn quickly).

- Strong people leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
