Job Title : Product Consultant.

Position Type : Full Time.

Experience : 5-7 yrs.

Work Location : Bangalore, India.

Mode of Work : Work from office.

Description :

An excellent opportunity for professionals who have good knowledge on Java, SQL, HTML, Reporting, ETL, APIs, etc. to join SAI360.

Any GRC implementation experience with domain knowledge is preferable.

Responsibilities :

- Involve in the project implementation.

- Participate in design workshops with clients to gather client's technical requirements and translate them into a business solution.

- Document the client's functional design and technical configuration.( Nice to have).

- Configure & code the application based on a client's design ( Nice to have).

- Design and configure reports and dashboards.

- Support the client / core team throughout the project.

- Willingness to work on multiple projects at the same time.

- Resolve issues during the System Integration Testing and User acceptance testing phase.

- Provide formal customer trainings.

- Prepare and give product related trainings to end-users, project team members and customer functional administrators.

- Manage project scope and timelines in coordination with Project Leads/Manager.

- Complete all assigned tasks & deliverables within the specified time frames and within the established quality standards.

- Provide accurate estimation of the amount of effort required to complete a given task.

- Maintain up to date product knowledge and skills to ensure implementation of best practices for clients.

- Cultivate the client relationship throughout the implementation engagements.

- Open to travel occasionally to customer locations.

- Actively interact with colleagues to come up with the best (technical) solutions.

- Present product functionality to customers and management.

Desired Skills :

- Key personal traits include being a self-starter, organized, an effective communicator (written and verbal), and having great people skills.

- Should be an active learner, participant, good team player and committed towards project deliveries on time.

- Should have positive attitude towards learning new technologies.

- Should have working experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodology.

- Experience with Software configuration / Implementation on web-enabled database applications.

- Must possess strong SQL skills for any DBMS (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc.

- Web application experience and knowledge of XML, Vue, HTML 5, JScript, JSON, GraphQL and CSS language.

- Prior consulting experience will be an added advantage.

- Experience with Reporting-Tools (e.g., Business Objects, Power BI etc.) is a plus.

- Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
