Anlage Infotech is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Sterling OMS Developer to join our team. This is a full-time position for immediate joiners, based in PAN India. We're seeking a professional with a proven track record in developing and supporting order management solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The Sterling OMS Developer's primary role is to design, develop, and maintain high-quality order management systems using IBM Sterling OMS.

Key responsibilities include :

- Design and Development : Lead the design and implementation of robust and scalable IBM Sterling OMS solutions. This involves creating order processing workflows, configuring inventory management, and developing custom business logic.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.

- System Integration : Ensure seamless integration of Sterling OMS with various external systems, including e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and warehouse management systems.

- Troubleshooting and Support : Provide expert-level support for Sterling OMS, proactively monitoring systems and troubleshooting issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption.

- Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure all development adheres to best practices and company policies.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, development processes, and troubleshooting guides.

- Continuous Learning : Stay current with the latest updates, tools, and trends in IBM Sterling OMS and related technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : A minimum of 11 years of professional experience in the IT industry, with 5 to 7 years of specific, relevant experience as a Sterling OMS Developer.

Technical Proficiency :

- Mandatory : Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS, Java, the Dojo & Angular frameworks, and related technologies such as XML and XSLT.

- Core Skills : Expertise in Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, and SQL.

- Tools : Familiarity with development environments like Eclipse and application servers such as WebSphere.

- Methodologies : A solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Domain Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of order management processes, including order capture, fulfillment, inventory management, and returns.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.

- Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders.

- Work Environment : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
