StatusNeo - Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Java/Selenium

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, or Cypress.

- Create and manage test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile testing.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.

- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.

- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.

- Document and track defects, and provide detailed reports and recommendations.

- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Java, Selenium, and Rest Assured.

- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting.

- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in QA automation.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining automation frameworks.

Bonus Skills :

- Exposure to security testing and game testing.

- Experience with Python or JavaScript for automation.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
