StatusNeo - Data Scientist - NLP/Deep Learning

We are looking for a strong Data Scientist with proven expertise in NLP, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to design and deploy cutting-edge machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, fine-tuning, and deploying models that solve real-world problems at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Research, design, and develop advanced NLP models for text understanding, classification, and generation.

- Build, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning models using TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Work with large-scale datasets to extract insights, improve accuracy, and enhance model performance.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and deep learning.

- Contribute to building reusable frameworks and pipelines for model training and inference.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.

- Hands-on expertise in TensorFlow & PyTorch.

- Experience with transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, HuggingFace, etc.).

- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).

- Experience with data preprocessing, tokenization, and embeddings.

- Understanding of MLOps practices for scalable deployments is a plus.

- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
