Status Neo - Functional Quality Assurance Analyst - Automation/Manual Testing

We are seeking a Functional QA Analyst with experience in the Wealth Management or Financial Services domain to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our applications meet business and technical requirements through rigorous testing processes. You should be well-versed in Agile methodologies, possess strong analytical skills, and have a keen eye for detail in both manual and automated testing environments.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in Functional QA / Software Testing.

- Strong domain knowledge in Wealth Management, Investment Platforms, or Financial Services.

- Proven experience in Agile environments.

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Xray, or similar tools.

- Good understanding of project workflows and QA lifecycle.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-driven with a zeal to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.

- ISTQB or equivalent QA certifications (optional but a plus).

- Familiarity with automation testing tools (optional but nice to have).

- Exposure to API testing or SQL queries (optional but desirable).
