Static Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Static Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. The candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and proficiency in design tools to deliver high-quality static assets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design static creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Develop banners, layouts, and digital collaterals for marketing campaigns.

- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand identity and guidelines.

- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends and apply them where relevant.

- Maintain consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all creative assets.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects knowledge is a plus).

- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop for static design.

- Prior experience in designing for social media and digital platforms.

- Ability to create visually engaging designs with attention to color, typography, and layout aesthetics.

- Good understanding of digital marketing creatives and user engagement design.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

- Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes quickly.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Static Designer / Graphic Designer in digital or social media design.

- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant static design work.
