StarLIMS Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled StarLIMS Developer (Junior Level) to join our MES (Manufacturing Execution System) team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the StarLIMS application (Abbott Informatics) using StarLIMS Scripting Language (SSL).

A collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and an understanding of laboratory workflows are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather and deliver on requirements

- Support system installations, configurations, and upgrades of StarLIMS

- Provide technical input for application enhancements, bug fixes, and customizations

- Maintain documentation of technical work and workflow configurations

Required Skills :

- Experience with StarLIMS_DATA and STARLIMS_DICT frameworks

- Familiarity with STARLIMS XFD and HTML framework

- Strong understanding of laboratory information systems and workflows

- Experience in installation, configuration, DB restoration, and package upgrades in StarLIMS

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Exposure to LabVantage or SampleManager LIMS

- Experience working in Oil & Gas or Process Industries

Soft Skills :

- Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership

- Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and workflows

- Customer and service-oriented mindset
