We are looking for a Technical Lead who thrives in a startup setup someone who loves building scalable systems, automating workflows, and integrating AI into real-world products. Youll play a key role in driving product development, implementing AI-led features, and setting up efficient automation pipelines using tools like n8n, Zapier, and OpenAI APIs. If youre a problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with tech stacks and turning ideas into production-ready tools this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development across backend (Python, Django) and frontend (Next.js, React) environments.

- Design, build, and maintain AI-driven systems from chatbots to recommendation and analytics tools.

- Implement workflow automation and internal tooling using n8n, Zapier, or custom scripting.

- Integrate external APIs (CRM, payment gateways, AI services, etc.) into the platform.

- Build scalable, modular, and secure system architecture on MySQL + Cloud (AWS / GCP / DigitalOcean).

- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to convert ideas into functional, efficient features.

- Mentor junior developers and maintain best practices in code, testing, and documentation.

- Manage deployment pipelines, monitoring, and maintenance for a seamless user experience.

Required Skills :

- Strong command over Python (Django) and Next.js (React).

- Deep understanding of API design, web architecture, and database management (MySQL).

- Practical experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.).

- Exposure to AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks).

- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment.

- Experience leading small teams or taking ownership of complete tech modules.

- Ability to balance technical scalability with business impact.

Good to Have :

- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, analytics, or AI-powered dashboards.

- Familiarity with CRM integrations (Pipedrive, Zoho) and communication APIs (Twilio, WhatsApp).

- Knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases, or LLM fine-tuning.

- Prior experience in building or scaling SaaS or marketplace platforms.
