Staff Specialist IT - Java Fullstack Developer :

Job Description :

In your new role you will :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and React, ensuring alignment with our technology stack and architecture.

- Mentor junior web developers, providing technical guidance, solution design, and oversight to ensure successful project delivery.

- Collaborate with product Owners and Architects to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.

- Work with designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing web applications.

- Ensure web applications are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and code comments.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code quality and best practices are maintained.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development, particularly in Java and React.

Your Profile :

You are best equipped for this task if you have :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 6 years of experience in web development, with a focus on Java and React.

- Strong programming skills in Java, including Java 8 and later versions.

- Experience with React, including React Hooks, React Redux.

- Knowledge of web development frameworks, such as Spring Boot.

- Strong understanding of web development best practices, including security, performance, and accessibility.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

- Certification in Java or React, such as Oracle Certified Java Programmer or React Certified Developer.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
