Role : Staff Software Engineer

Collabera is hiring Staff Software Engineer for its leading banking client.

This is a senior role (12+ years experience) where youll design, build, and scale enterprise applications leveraging .NET, React/NodeJS, NextJS, and AWS.

Youll be driving Microservices, CI/CD, cloud automation, and test frameworks while ensuring system stability and security at scale.

What we are looking for :

- 12+ years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Strong expertise in React + Node.js + .NET + Cloud (AWS preferred).

- Experience with Agile practices & tools (JIRA, Confluence, GitHub).

- Skilled in CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Jenkins, Bamboo) and automation frameworks.

- Experience in Azure/MS frameworks (D365, Contact Centre) a plus.

- Exposure to AI tools (Co-pilot, etc.) preferred.

- Excellent communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

What youll do :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET, React, Node.js, ReactJS, and NextJS (at least 3 combinations required).

- Architect and implement Microservices & RESTful APIs.

- Build and operate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Artifactory, Octopus Deploy.

- Automate tasks using Python, Shell, and PowerShell scripting.

- Drive test automation frameworks (CI/CD, TDD, BDD) and perform API/Web Services testing (Postman/Bruno).

- Ensure observability using CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus.

- Troubleshoot applications, improve processes, and strengthen cloud security.
