Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack Development

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a product squad delivering end-to-end features from roadmap definition to successful production release.

- Drive architecture decisions across frontend, backend, APIs, and data models ensuring scalability and maintainability.

- Ship critical components of the stack while maintaining high engineering standards and production reliability.

- Improve system performance, observability, reliability, and security across platform infrastructure.

- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and engineering best practices.

- Partner with product and design teams to translate complex compliance workflows into intuitive product experiences.

- Optimize engineering processes through testing, review frameworks, and scalable development patterns.

Must Have's :

- Candidates from Product Development companies only

- 6+ years experience building production-grade software systems

- Strong full-stack development expertise across APIs, UI architecture, data modeling, and debugging

- Strong programming proficiency in Python / Go / Java / Node.js

- Hands-on experience designing and building scalable backend systems

- Strong proficiency in SQL with production database experience

- Experience building and shipping production systems in B2B SaaS or platform environments
