Description :

The Staff Software Engineer will drive the architecture and development of large-scale distributed systems, focusing on resiliency, performance, and clean system design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build cloud-native, distributed backend systems.

- Build scalable data pipelines incorporating big-data and ML workloads.

- Define engineering best practices, design patterns, and code standards.

- Collaborate with ML, DevOps, and product teams to deliver technical solutions.

- Perform complex debugging, performance tuning, and infrastructure improvements.

Technical Skills :

- Big Data frameworks : Spark, Hadoop, Kafka

- Experience with ML integrations, LLM-based systems

- Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native engineering

- Strong in Java/Python/Go, DevOps tools, and cloud platforms
