Job Summary:

We are hiring exceptionally ambitious engineers (Individual contributor) who want to build fast, solve hard problems, and operate with high ownership. You will work directly on core systems, infrastructure, and product engineering in a high-intensity environment with very high engineering standards. Experience matters less than raw capability, learning speed, and execution ability.

Tech Stack:

Any modern backend technology works like Python, Golang, Java, or Node.

Responsibilities:

- Build and ship production systems with high ownership

- Design scalable backend services and APIs

- Solve performance, scalability, and infrastructure challenges

- Work closely with the founding engineering team on core architecture

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

- Move fast and execute with urgency

- Contribute across systems, product, and infrastructure wherever required
