Role Summary :

We are hiring a Staff Software Test Engineer for Tech Mahindra. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute automated testing for embedded applications.

Youll be responsible for creating and maintaining test scripts, managing CI/CD pipelines, running functional/performance/stress tests, and collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for test automation.

- Execute functional, performance, and stress tests; review and publish results.

- Develop test plans, manage test case systems, and automate test workflows.

- Collaborate with developers to debug and resolve issues.

- Integrate test pipelines into the development workflow.

Skills & Experience Required :

- Strong knowledge of embedded systems testing.

- Hands-on with automation frameworks, Docker, and CI/CD tools.

- Proficiency in scripting/programming for test automation.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
