Staff Full Stack Engineer - Vue.js/ElectronJS

The Role :

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you'll be a key technical leader, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable applications across the full stack.

You'll work on everything from our user-facing interfaces to our backend services, playing a pivotal role in shaping our technical direction and product roadmap.

What You'll Do :

- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable applications using our core tech stack : Vue.js, Electron, TypeScript, Python, and Go.

- Lead technical projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and build a seamless user experience.

- Mentor junior engineers and help foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

- Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Contribute to our internal tools and development processes to improve team efficiency.

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack or backend engineer.

- Proven experience in scaling products and working with large-scale systems.

- Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.

- Strong proficiency in our core technologies : Vue.js, Electron, TypeScript, Python, and Go.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and take ownership of projects.

- Prior experience at a startup or as part of a founding team is preferred.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with open-source contributions or significant personal side projects, particularly those involving AI/ML.

- A portfolio or GitHub profile that showcases your work.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
