Requirements :

- 6-10 years of professional experience building large-scale web applications.

- 2-4 years in a Lead or Staff capacity, owning frontend architecture and technical strategy.

- Deep Technical Expertise : Mastery of React and TypeScript for complex, high-performance UIs.

- Complex UI Experience : Proven track record building large editors or complex UI systems (canvas, node-based editors, multi-pane layouts, or timelines).

- State Architecture Mastery : Deep experience with modern state management (e. g., Zustand, Recoil, Jotai, Redux) and reactive programming.

- Performance Optimization : Proven ability to optimize web applications under real-world conditions (memory management, rendering bottlenecks).

- Systems Thinking : Experience partnering on API design and understanding distributed systems tradeoffs.

- Infrastructure Ownership : Previous ownership of build tooling, testing strategy, and observability at scale.
