About the Role :

We are seeking a Staff Engineer (Development) to play a critical role in building scalable, responsive Single Page Applications (SPAs) using modern frontend technologies. You will contribute to UI architecture, develop high-quality React components, and integrate APIs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance SPAs using React with JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Build reusable UI components and libraries that improve consistency and code reuse across products.

- Integrate frontend applications with APIs and ensure seamless data flow between UI and backend services.

- Ensure application responsiveness across devices and form factors.

- Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to convert UI/UX designs into functional features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices and standards.

- Participate in code reviews, provide actionable feedback, and contribute to team quality and standards.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows and frontend architecture.

Required Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript for building modern web applications.

- Experience with API integration, including RESTful services.

- Solid knowledge of UI component development, responsive layouts, and frontend principles.

- Understanding of SPA (Single Page Application) design and behavior.

Collaboration & Quality :

- Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to design discussions.

- Good communication skills and ability to articulate technical ideas clearly.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with AWS services or cloud-based frontend hosting/platforms.

- Exposure to Terraform for infrastructure automation.

- Familiarity with Playwright for end-to-end testing.

- Knowledge of code quality and security tools such as SonarQube.

- Understanding of CI/CD practices and governance.
