Staff Engineer - .Net/React.js

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Staff Engineer (Drive) to lead the design and development of highly scalable, cloud-native software solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on technology leader who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and building high-performance distributed applications using .NET, React.js, and AWS. As a Staff Engineer, you will play a critical role in defining technical strategy, improving engineering excellence, and collaborating closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade software platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

- Lead the end-to-end development of cloud-native solutions using modern software engineering practices.

- Drive architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and technology selection.

- Develop robust backend services using .NET technologies and modern design patterns.

- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js.

- Design RESTful APIs and microservices for distributed systems.

- Develop event-driven and loosely coupled architectures for enterprise applications.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Lead cloud adoption initiatives and implement AWS-native services.

- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and availability standards.

- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Guide engineering teams on coding standards, architecture principles, and best practices.

- Mentor senior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain engineering quality.

- Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.

- Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and production support for mission-critical applications.

- Identify technical debt and create long-term modernization roadmaps.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core/.NET 8

- Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core Web API

- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

- Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture

- Experience building distributed systems

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API design principles

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Strong understanding of cloud-native application development

- Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases

- Knowledge of Entity Framework Core

- Experience with asynchronous programming and messaging systems

- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms

- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and Identity Management

- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines

- Knowledge of Git and modern version control workflows

- Strong understanding of software design principles, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools

- Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture

- Knowledge of Serverless computing on AWS

- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code

- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS

- Exposure to GraphQL

- Experience implementing caching solutions using Redis

- Knowledge of observability tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, or Prometheus
