Staff Engineer - Mobile Development

Responsibilities :

- Architectural Leadership : Defining and evolving the mobile platform architecture for scalability, performance, resilience, and integration.

- Technical Direction and Innovation : Driving technical strategy and adopting new mobile technologies.

- Code and Design Excellence : Setting standards for codebases and conducting design and code reviews.

- Performance Optimization and Reliability : Improving application performance and reliability using monitoring tools.

- Developer Productivity and Tools : Building shared components, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partnering with product, design, and backend teams.

- Mentorship and Guidance : Mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of mobile development experience, including 1-2 years in a senior or principal role, with a focus on building complex mobile applications.

- Deep Technical Expertise : Proficiency in the Kotlin and Java programming languages.

- Expertise in mobile architecture patterns and state management.

- Understanding of mobile platform internals, performance, and security.

- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.

- Good to have Flutter knowledge.
