About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key technical leader, driving the design, development, and deployment of scalable, distributed systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and influence strategic decisions to align technology with business objectives. - Communicate to senior leaders regarding strategy direction and changes.

- Ability to design and architect complex, scalable, and distributed systems using microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in developing backend services using Java Spring framework, Spring Boot and Hibernate

- In-depth experience with front-end frameworks, specifically React.js, including hooks, state management (e.g. Redux), and component lifecycle.

- Advanced knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

- Proficiency in setting up and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, including monitoring, logging, and alerting with tools like Prometheus, Grafana and ELK Stack

Preferred Qualifications : Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
