Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions that address complex business challenges for Talent Pro's talent management platform.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to enhance team performance.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices, improving overall system reliability.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and architectural issues, optimizing system performance and scalability for Talent Pro's growing user base.
