- You have Computer Science / Information Systems degree, or equivalent with at-least 10+ years of work experience.
- Strong implementation experience using languages like GoLang or Java.
- Keen understanding of how to build highly performance systems with such languages.
- Strong knowledge of cryptography algorithms (DES, AES, ECC, RSA).
- Hands-on experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and Key Management Systems (KMS).
- Familiarity with EMVCo and Global Platform specifications.
- Understanding of ISO 7816 and ISO 14443 standards.
- Knowledge of PCI technology and transaction processing
- Experience with mobile wallet integration (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) and Wearable/IoT payment devices will be a plus
- Have built and delivered large scale enterprise systems/products.
- Implemented critical aspects of the such systems and have supported such applications in production as SAS service.
- Keen awareness of concerns in massively distributed systems and effective solutions.
- Experience working in DevOps teams and Scrums.
- Ability to learn and deep dive into new technology and business domains, question status quo and think outside of the box.
- Have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Create and deliver effective presentations to Senior Leadership.
- Ability to partner and influence effectively across multiple business and functional lines, up to and including technology leadership team and business leadership team.
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- You will be responsible to architect and own the global card issuance platform, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and compliance with global standards
- Build high level design as well as detailed design of complex subsystems with emphasis in high availability and low latency.
- Working with developers in day-to-day activities and helping in review of design, coding and the SDLC tasks.
- Build POCs to experiment new technologies, databases and other application infrastructure.
