Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs to support our data science and analytics platform.

- Lead the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and business objectives.

- Collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy machine learning models into production environments.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our engineering processes and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and availability of our platform.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of our data infrastructure, including data storage, processing, and retrieval systems.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in backend development using object-oriented programming languages.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex systems using established design patterns.

- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and experience with Git version control (Github).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience in team management, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

- Solid understanding of data science and analytics principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
