Hiring : Staff Engineer (Backend) | Bengaluru | High-Scale Global SaaS

We are looking for a heavy-hitting Staff Engineer to define and drive the backend architecture for a global leader in the logistics and supply chain automation space. This is a role for an architect-leader who thrives on solving complex distribution problems at massive scale.

Following a major recent acquisition by a global retail giant, we are operating with the agility of a mid-sized product company backed by massive global strength.

The Core Mission :

- Architecture Ownership : Own core applications end-to-end, ensuring top-tier reliability, performance, and scalability.

- Technical Leadership : Design and lead the development of complex distributed systems and high-performance frameworks.

- Operational Excellence : Define roadmaps for system observability, latency optimization, and high throughput.

- Mentorship : Foster a culture of technical excellence across the engineering organization.

Who You Are :

- Experience : 912 years in Backend Engineering, with at least 2.5 years as an SDE-3, Tech Lead, or Lead SE in a top-tier product company (Logistics, E-commerce, or B2B SaaS).

- Tech Stack : Expert in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Distributed Systems : Proven track record of building reliable, high-performance systems with ownership of architecture.

- Problem Solver : Strong foundations in DSA, System Design, Design Patterns, and concurrency/async processing.

- Stability : A consistent career path with a minimum of 2 years spent at each previous organization.

- Education : B.Tech in CS or a related field from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges (waived for exceptional experience at reputed product firms).

Work Details :

- Location : Koramangala, Bengaluru (5 days in-office).

- Selection Process : Includes a 2.5-hour technical assessment (Coding + System Design) followed by F2F rounds with Engineering Leadership.
