Staff Engineer

Requirements :

- Experience with the design, development, support, and maintenance of cloud-first applications and APIs.

- Contributed to the development and maintenance of a service/system/platform's health by key technical metrics.

- Experience applying and improving continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

- Demonstrated experience consistently writing well-tested, readable software, using secure coding practices, current patterns, and tooling.

- Experience using logging and monitoring/alerting tools that will support operational health.

- Contributed to technical roadmaps that communicate and guide the evolution of services/systems/platforms.

- Some experience in leading individuals in a cross-functional software engineering team.

- Experience driving Software development practices such as : Test Driven Development, Behavioral Driven Development, Clean Code.

- Supported a culture that promotes continuous improvement in a team environment.

- Managed operational support duties, including on-call support and after-hours work as required.

- Ability to collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders, focusing on outcomes that best serve the overall strategy.

- Ability to effectively partner and negotiate technical trade-offs with senior technical stakeholders.

- Experience applying and interpreting agile frameworks and lean thinking to technical delivery.
