About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Staff Digital Design Engineer for a leading global technology organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and develop system-level architectures for complex digital designs

- Lead technical teams on complex digital design projects

- Drive digital design methodology improvements and best practices

- Contribute to product direction and technical roadmaps

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams

- Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and provide solutions

- Mentor engineers and support technical talent development

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong expertise in Digital Design & System Architecture

- Proven Technical Leadership experience

- Strong knowledge across multiple digital design domains

- Expertise in digital design methodologies and best practices

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

- Experience in customer-facing technical discussions

- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions

Education & Shortlisting Criteria :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

- 8 - 12 years of relevant digital design experience

- Candidates must be from Tier-1 institutes - IITs, top NITs, BITS, IISc, IIITs, or equivalent premier institutes

- Minimum CGPA : 8.0+ throughout academics

- Strong and consistent academic background

- GATE Score/Rank or AIR will be a significant advantage

- Research work, internships, competitive rankings, or outstanding academic achievements will be preferred
