As a Staff AI Engineer, you will lead high-impact initiatives aimed at transforming engineering workflows through AI automation. You will architect, build, and optimise AI-powered developer tools while driving innovation across the engineering organisation. This is a key technical leadership role, where you will shape the future of engineering productivity at scale.

Responsibilities :

- Apply advanced AI technologies, including LLMs and AI agents, to solve complex engineering productivity problems.

- Architect and build scalable AI-driven systems that significantly optimise developer workflows.

- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to identify pain points and drive adoption of AI solutions.

Key examples of past and ongoing initiatives include :

- AI agent-powered acceleration of framework-to-framework code migration.

- Automated generation of E2E test suites using LLM-based systems.

- Establish and promote best practices for AI-assisted software development across teams.

- Continuously research cutting-edge advancements in LLMs, agents, model evaluation, and prompt engineering.

- Own projects end-to-end : discovery, design, implementation, deployment, and continuous iteration.

- Act as a technical mentor, influencing engineering excellence across the organisation.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Deep expertise in computer science fundamentals.

- 8+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript.

- Experience with LLM frameworks, agent tooling, model evaluation, and AI platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proven experience in building tools used by engineering teams.

- Understanding of developer workflows involving code migration, testing, debugging, and automation.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, and high-autonomy environment.

- Experience leading AI-driven initiatives or influencing technical direction across teams.

- English : Fluent in both written and verbal communication.
