SSDB - Full Stack Technical Lead - .Net/React.js

Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Tech Lead with strong hands-on development experience and the ability to lead and manage a technical team.

Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers.

- Own complete project development lifecycle and ensure on-time delivery.

- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, and technical problem-solving.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams for seamless delivery.

- Track and manage tasks, sprint planning, and progress via Jira.

- Handle client communications, requirement discussions, and technical clarifications.

- Ensure system scalability, performance, and security best practices.

Technical Requirements :

- Front-End : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

- Back-End : ASP.NET, C#, MVC Framework

- Database : SQL Server (queries, procedures, optimization)

- Tools : Jira, Git, Postman, VS/VS Code

- Experience building and integrating REST APIs.

- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and full-stack development flow.

- Team leadership and people management

- Strong communication and coordination

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
