Role : GIDS Senior Intelligent Automation Developer

Experience : 6 to 10 Yrs

Location : Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Advanced Workflow Design : Build and maintain scalable processes and business objects in Design Studio, leveraging the 7.4 features to streamline development.

- GenAI Integration : Develop and deploy automation skills that interact with Large Language Models (LLMs) via the SS&C AI Gateway.

- Enhanced Debugging & Optimization : Utilise Blue Prism debugging abilities and techniques to accelerate UAT and production support.

- Solution Architecture : Lead the technical design of end-to-end Intelligent Automation (IA) solutions, incorporating Blue Prism Chorus for BPM and GenAI orchestration where human-in-the-loop intervention is required.

- Standards & Governance : Adhere to the GIDS best practices and design standards, ensuring all GenAI components follow enterprise-grade security and ethical AI guardrails.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

Core RPA Expertise :

- Platform : Deep experience with Blue Prism Enterprise v7.x (v7.4 preferred).

- Components : Proficiency in Control Room management, Work Queues, and the Blue Prism API.

- Modelling : Advanced skills in Spy Modes (including Chromium and Electron) and the Enhanced Application Modeller.

Generative AI & Intelligent Automation :

- AI Integration : Hands-on experience integrating RPA with AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI) via APIs.

- Prompt Engineering : Ability to design and refine prompts for consistent, structured output within automated workflows.

- Data Handling : Experience processing unstructured data (emails, PDFs, logs) using GenAI and OCR tools (e.g., Decipher).

Development & Infrastructure :

- Languages : Strong proficiency in C# .NET or VB.NET and Python

- Database : Solid understanding of MS SQL and PostgreSQL

Preferred Experience :

- Blue Prism Professional Developer Certification.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps for RPA.

- Understanding and expertise with prompt engineering and AI guardrails
