Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master to lead our technology teams, fostering a culture of agile development, continuous improvement, and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Job Responsibilities :


- Facilitate and coach multiple scrum teams in the effective use of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

- Remove impediments and roadblocks for the scrum teams, escalating issues when necessary to ensure team progress and productivity.

- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog, clear user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Act as a servant leader, guiding the team towards self-organization and cross-functionality.

- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the teams and across the organization.

- Track and report on team metrics and progress, providing insights to stakeholders on team performance and potential areas for improvement.

- Identify and implement strategies to improve team velocity, quality, and predictability.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the development team, product owners, and other stakeholders.

- Champion Agile adoption and maturity within the organization, mentoring other Scrum Masters and team members.

Job Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification (e., SAFe Scrum Master, PSM I).

- Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

- Proven ability to lead and coach teams in an Agile environment, with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive team environment.

- Experience with Agile project management tools (e., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing impediments.
