Responsibilities :

- Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape

- Perform root cause analysis of issues that arises in Live projects

- Must have extensive experience in SAP CPI

- Support and monitoring of interfaces and problem solving skill

- Investigate failures of Interfaces and root cause analysis

- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the respective team to resolve the issue

- Work with stakeholders and design/develop the processes as per the requirements

- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions, implementation of the solution ( e.g. Identifying the standard flows as per requirement and configurations etc)

- Maintain accurate documentation of support/new development activities and resolutions

- Understands critical roles that SAP CPI play for its implementation and evolution in Airbus

- Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery
