Job Description:

The Quality Engineering is responsible for defining and driving the overall Quality Engineering (QE) strategy across the engagement. This role ensures alignment of testing practices with business objectives, promotes automation-first and shift-left approaches, and establishes scalable processes for continuous testing and quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define and implement QE strategy aligned with SDLC and business goals

- Lead test planning, estimation, and execution across releases

- Drive adoption of automation, CI/CD integration, and shift-left testing

- Establish risk-based testing approach and quality gates

- Manage stakeholders, including business, delivery, and leadership teams

- Track and report quality metrics, KPIs, and release readiness

- Oversee defect management and root cause analysis

- Ensure governance for test processes, standards, and best practices

- Mentor QE team and ensure capability development
