About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic DevOps Tech Lead to drive our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD initiatives.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 8 - 12 years of experience in DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and infrastructure automation.

You will lead a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the DevOps team to ensure delivery of robust, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.

- Design and implement cloud-native architectures using services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Drive end-to-end CI/CD pipeline implementation, automation, and monitoring.

- Own the infrastructure as code (IaC) strategy using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or EKS/GKE/AKS.

- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

- Work closely with application development teams to support deployment strategies and environment setup.

- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards in cloud and DevOps processes.

- Optimize cloud cost, performance, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.

- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services.

- Proven experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.

- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

- Experience in Docker and Kubernetes deployment and orchestration.

- Deep understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancing, and DNS in cloud environments.

- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.

- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.

- Experience in leading DevOps or infrastructure teams in agile environments.

Desirable / Bonus Skills :

- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.

- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture, DevSecOps, or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC2).

- Knowledge of serverless computing, service mesh, or observability stacks.

- Exposure to GitOps methodologies.
