Description :
- Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are assigned, and deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Team Management :
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback as necessary.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
Stakeholder Management :
- Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise among project stakeholders.
Project Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and change requests.
- Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track project progress, tasks, and issues.

Agile/Scrum Methodology :
- Implement and promote Agile/Scrum methodologies within the project team.

Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience with project management methodologies and tools, particularly Agile/Scrum.
- Proficiency in using project management software such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
