Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable PPM configurations

- Customize and configure modules such as Projects, Resources, Portfolios, Timesheets, Financials, and Demand Management

- Develop and maintain GEL scripts, XOG integrations, process automations, and data workflows

- Create reports and dashboards using Jaspersoft or other BI tools

- Conduct client workshops, user training, and prepare system/user documentation

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous enhancements based on user feedback and evolving needs

- Stay up-to-date on Clarity upgrades, features, and best practices

Required Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of Clarity functional modules and system architecture

- Experience with XOG, GEL scripting, Clarity Studio, NSQL, and custom object development

- Solid understanding of PPM best practices, project lifecycle methodologies, and reporting structures

- Proficient in SQL and capable of building or modifying complex queries and reports

- Proven ability to work with business and IT teams across the project lifecycle

- Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with Agile delivery models

- Clarity certifications (if any)

- Experience integrating Clarity with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRMS)
