This role sits at the intersection of product delivery, execution, customer success, deployment excellence, and business outcomes.
You will be responsible for driving successful onboarding, adoption, stabilization, and long term value realization across a set of key accounts or business lines within the broader organization structure. You will work closely with the GM and other central teams to ensure high quality execution, strong customer outcomes, and scalable operating rigor.

What you'll be doing :
- Lead a team of AI Agent Product Managers and work with cross functional teams to drive successful deployment and scale of Voice AI programs for enterprise customers
- Own end to end execution across onboarding, implementation, go live, stabilization, and ongoing success for a set of accounts or business areas
- Ensure customers are able to operationalize SquadStacks Voice AI agents into their day to day workflows and see measurable business impact
- Engage deeply with customer stakeholders to understand business goals, deployment requirements, risks, and success metrics
- Act as a senior partner to customer teams, helping solve operational and implementation challenges while building long term trust
- Drive strong coordination across Product, Engineering, Ops, and customer facing teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth execution
- Identify risks early, remove blockers proactively, and maintain high standards of delivery quality and customer experience
- Build strong operating cadences, reviews, dashboards, and execution mechanisms to improve speed, quality, and predictability
Requirements :
- 8+ years of relevant experience across product, product led delivery, enterprise implementation, customer success, operations, or similar roles in high growth technology/AI environments
- Strong experience in managing complex enterprise relationships and driving execution across multiple stakeholders
- Good business understanding with the ability to connect customer goals, operational execution, and long term account success
- Strong technical orientation and comfort working closely with Product and Engineering teams on large scale AI or tech enabled deployments
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, especially with senior customer stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast moving, ambiguous environments where you help shape solutions as much as you deliver them
- Strong ownership mindset, high agency, and ability to build systems instead of relying only on firefighting
