SQL Developer

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and above for end-to-end server-side development.

- Design scalable and reusable database schemas that can serve multiple customers and products.

- Develop and maintain T-SQL objects such as Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and SSIS packages.

- Build and optimize data models, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories.

- Perform performance tuning and query optimization to ensure system efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, data integrity, and development conventions.

- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex database and application issues independently.

- Perform quality checks on reports, exports, and data integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver robust data solutions.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

- Strong working knowledge of Qlik / Qlik Sense or other data visualization tools.

- Basic understanding of .NET code and jQuery is a plus.

- Experience with Microsoft SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).

- Exposure to Database Administration (DBA) activities such as monitoring, backups, and maintenance.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in SQL development
