- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that integration solutions align with long-term architectural goals.

- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of integration flows to resolve bottlenecks and optimize system throughput for high-volume environments.

- Mentor junior team members on best practices in integration development, security standards, and API management to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying SAP CPI integration patterns, including OData, SOAP, REST, and IDoc adapters, with a deep understanding of Groovy scripting and XSLT.

- Proven ability to manage full-lifecycle integration projects, from requirement gathering and blueprinting to deployment and post-go-live support.

- Strong proficiency in SAP BTP services, including API Management and Cloud Connector, with the ability to secure integration flows using OAuth, certificates, and encryption protocols.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Pune while collaborating with distributed global teams.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering scalable integration solutions for large-scale enterprise clients.

- Possession of 7 - 11 years of hands-on experience in SAP integration technologies, with a focus on cloud-native architectures.
